2. Phone Consultation
We will call you to discuss your project once we receive your form with pictures. Together we will go over the essential details of your project, ballpark pricing, and timeline to complete your project. We will also ensure we are a good fit to work together during this consultation.
3. On-Site Consultation
Once we discuss your project and your general ideas for your project, we will come to your home and assess the space you want to transform. We’ll take measurements, start planning our design, and ensure there are no budget busters that would complicate what you’re looking for. If you’re building a custom home, you’ll visit our office for this consultation.
4. Agreement Signing
We'll create and sign a contract that includes your project and ideas, your preliminary budget, and other specifics so we can move into the design phase. This agreement helps set expectations. With the agreement we require a 10% deposit (of the total estimated project) so we can start the design work and put you on our schedule.
5. Design Phase
We start designing your space. You'll have the opportunity to see how your home will look before any work begins. And we will present you with options for materials and finishes based on your style and budget.
6. Pre-Job Walkthrough
Before we get to work, you, Nick, your project lead, and any other team members who should be involved walk through your space or design to make sure everyone is on the same page. We identify any issues that could come up in order to ensure your project runs smoothly and you know what to expect.
7. Protecting Your Home
We take the necessary steps to protect your space from dust, debris, and hazards.
8. We Get To Work
We communicate with you personally throughout your project and use a management software called Buildertrend (we’ll help you set up their mobile app). This software serves as a centralized hub for all your project-related updates. In addition to our direct contact, we'll provide you with daily log updates where we capture and share progress photos, providing a detailed account of the day's accomplishments.
9. We Professionally Clean Up
When our work is complete, we bring in our professional cleaning team. So, your home will be clean and ready to enjoy immediately.
10. Post-Job Walkthrough & Final Payment
Before we leave your project, we'll have a final walkthrough to ensure everything looks exactly how you want. Depending on the number of fixes needed, we may schedule a time to return to give your home the attention it needs. We want you to be completely happy with your project.
Before we leave, we collect your final payment.
Industry Leading 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
We're still here to care for you even after the project is complete. We offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on everything within our control and covered in the contract. You also benefit from the manufacturer's warranty on materials.
Follow Up
We follow up with you in 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months, and again 1 year after completing your project. We want to ensure you still love your space.
